I am shown here with Mike Ferretti, president of Great Harvest Franchising, Dillon Mt. Great Harvest had a convention last month in San Diego. We were 1 of 5 bakeries out of 240 to win the “Phenomenal Bread Award”.
This award really goes to our production crew and especially our head baker, Blake Pagilaro who has been baking phenomenal bread for 23 years.
His attention to detail, integrity and pride in his craft has made us one of the best bakeries in America.
Once again, Boulder is home to
“The Best Bread in Town”.

Irish Soda Bread with Currants
We have some really yummy breads to share this month, along with a fantastic Ruben Sandwich. And for our email newsletter readers, we are going to make it even easier with a coupon.

A New Sandwich for March Ruben Sandwich
Use our New York Rye bread, Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut and a special mayo sauce. It’s a perfect combo for me and hardy.

Irish Soda Bread
It’s a classic Irish soda Bread with our without currants. I like the currants as it adds just a touch of sweetness.

Irish Stout and Cheddar Cheese Bread
Here are my childhood heroes making beer bread. Ours is a little different. The only liquid is Irish Stout Beer and then we add a lot of Irish Cheddar Cheese. A distinctive flavor…It’s an acquired taste. You will finish a whole loaf in one sitting. You just can’t stop. “woo, woo, woo”.
Available on Thursday and Friday
Thanks folks for reading and I hope you have a great St. Pat’s day and a wonderful March.
Sincerely,
Scott
